Rebels attack east Congo army base

] - 21. Novembre 2007 - 17:29KINSHASA (Reuters) - Congolese Tutsi rebels loyal to a renegade general attacked an army brigade headquarters in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo on Wednesday, forcing thousands of civilians to flee, U.N. officials said.
