Maliki: Blackwater Violence "Unacceptable"

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said the shooting deaths of Iraqi civilians - reportedly at the hands of private Blackwater USA security guards - pose "a serious challenge to the sovereignty of Iraq" and cannot be accepted.
