UN returns to Iraq with expanded new mission
[Telegraph International] - 11. Agosto 2007 - 2:01America and Britain won global backing for a dramatic expansion in the United Nations role in Iraq yesterday as the Security Council gave its mission new powers to lead reconciliation efforts.
