U.S., Iraq Try To Win Over Sunni Militants

Departing U.S. ambassador to Iraq, Zalmay Khalilzad says American and Iraqi officials have been actively negotiating with "reconcilable" Sunni insurgents, trying to convince them to join the fight against al Qaeda in Iraq. He claims some success.
