29 Massacred In Iraqi Shiite Village

Iraqi officials say militants have raided a Shiite village in the north of the country, massacring 29 members of a local tribe. Also, bombs in Baghdad have killed at least 14 people, and a Shiite political bloc has ended its parliamentary boycott.
