] - 14. Marzo 2007 - 20:00After blocking it for more than a month, Senate Republicans backed off and agreed to allow debate on a nonbinding resolution calling for troops to leave Iraq within a year. However, Democrats do not appear to have the 60 votes to pass the measure.
