Gates Endorses Pause In Troop Drawdown
[CBS news world] - 11. Febbraio 2008 - 10:04Defense Secretary Robert Gates has endorsed for the first time the idea of pausing the drawdown of U.S. forces from Iraq this summer. His endorsement came as twin bombings apparently aimed at Sunni tribal leaders killed as many as 22 people.
