U.N. envoy urges Iraq to join anti-torture treaty
[Reuters international] - 9. Dicembre 2007 - 14:26BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The United Nations urged Iraq on Sunday to ratify the international treaty against torture next year amid accusations that torture was used in detention centers under government authority.
