Iraq Agrees To Long-Term U.S. Presence

President Bush and Iraqi Prime Minister al-Maliki signed an agreement for a potential long-term U.S. troop presence in Iraq. In return for continued U.S. military security, Iraq would offer favorable business interests for American companies.
