U.S.: Iraq Rocket, Mortar Attacks Hit Low

The U.S. military says, thanks to Iraqi citizens being fed up with violence, and the surge of American troops, rocket and mortar attacks in have fallen to their lowest levels in 21 months. Also, another reported shooting by private security guards.
