S. Korea Hopes U.S. Can Free Hostages

South Korean officials have expressed hope that President Bush will exercise "flexibility" in a weekend summit in Washington with Afghan leader Hamid Karzai. Seoul hopes Mr. Bush can help win the release of 21 hostages held captive by the Taliban.
