North Korea, Myanmar seen resuming ties

YANGON (Reuters) - A senior North Korean Foreign Ministry official is expected to sign an agreement in Myanmar next week to resume diplomatic ties, diplomatic sources said on Saturday. The official was due to arrive in Myanmar's new administrative capital, Nay Pyi Taw, on Wednesday and sign the agreement the next day, an Asian diplomat based in Yangon said.
