EU resumes Serbia talks though Mladic at large

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Union resumed talks on closer ties with Serbia on Wednesday after Belgrade boosted cooperation with the U.N. war crimes tribunal, even though genocide indictee Ratko Mladic remains at large.
