Red Cross makes first visit to Iraqi jail

<b>Geneva </b>The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has made its first visit to detainees of the Iraqi Government since the US-led invasion of the country, a spokeswoman has said. The neutral agency disclosed the visit to Fort Suse in the Kurdish north while announcing that Iraq has overtaken Sudan as its most expensive conflict.
