Japan PM's party can't relax after local polls

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's ruling camp won the prize of the Tokyo governorship and avoided nasty upsets elsewhere, but overall results in a flood of local weekend elections suggest complacency would be a mistake.
