Ivory Coast must punish war-time rapists: Amnesty

ABIDJAN (Reuters) - Ivory Coast's government must punish those responsible for widespread sexual abuse during the country's civil war as it seeks a peaceful solution to the crisis, Amnesty International said on Thursday.
