Castro Says Health Still Holding Him Back

Fidel Castro says he's still sick. Castro, 81, wrote in an essay published today by state news media that he's not yet healthy enough to speak to Cuba's people in person. He also wrote that he can't campaign for Sunday's parliamentary elections.
