Bus bomb kills mother and children

<b>KABUL</b> A mother and her two children were among the 13 victims of a Taleban suicide bomber who blew up a police bus in Kabul. The explosion, which ripped the roof off the vehicle, is the second such attack in four days, as insurgents increase their assault on the security forces. On Saturday a suicide bomber wearing an army uniform blew himself up in an army bus, killing 30 people.
