U.S. offers rewards for Afghan 'bad guys'

The U.S. military in eastern Afghanistan said it is starting a "Most Wanted" campaign, with rewards ranging from $20,000 to $200,000 for the capture of 12 midlevel Taliban and al Qaeda leaders.
